I was always into sports when I was a kid and started off as a young runner in middle school and won the 400m and then became the District Cross Country Champion.

Then in my teens I did Martial Arts and Self Defence although mainly Thai boxing. In Thai boxing I competed in a few inter-club fights and won every fight.
I competed in my first Bodybuilding competition at age 20, at The Mansfield Classic 2001 (Junior under 21’s), and won 1st place, with Best Presentation Award. I was given an invite to the British Finals which, I competed in and won 1st place (British Championships 2001)

I had trained in Jujitsu and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) from 2002 – 2005 Then got back into bodybuilding and went on to win 4 British titles from 2006 to 2017.

At the moment I’m enjoying life, eating well and training hard. I have no interest in competing again..But never say never. I’m sponsored by a good friend of mine, Aarron Lambo the owner of Mental Hamster. My passion and goals now are to do everything I possibly can to help as many people as I possibly can. And thats how I came up with the idea of Legion.

I have a mind set that tells me anything is possible you just have to want it like your life depends on it.

If something scares me I have to over come it.Impossible is just an opinion it’s only impossible until somebody does it.
