Simon Fan is best known for his bodybuilding career. He has been a Competitive bodybuilder for over 25 years.

Simon stared competing from a young age, he competed in the British Intermediates as a junior, at only 20years old. He competed against other competitors with over 10years+ experience and still managed to win, earning himself a British title.

Simon continued to compete for many more years in the UKBFF and NABBA.

He was previously a columnist for Muscle News Magazine. After all his years of bodybuilding and the knowledge collected, he enjoyed sharing it to help others.

Simon then started to venture in being a gym owner then went on to take over and run Temple Gym 2007 – 2012. Simon then went on to open a much bigger and better gym; Ultimate Fitness Gym Birmingham (current).
